(Junior) QC Officer
We are a dynamic and fast‑growing manufacturer in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry, specializing in high‑quality calcium phosphate ceramics used in Medical Devices and Excipients.
Operating under ISO 13485 and GMP, we are committed to excellence, innovation, and robust quality processes. To support our expanding Quality team, we are looking for a motivated (Junior) QC Officer who is eager to grow within a highly regulated and technical laboratory environment.
What you will be doing:
As a QC Officer, you play a key role in ensuring timely and compliant laboratory testing. You will work with raw materials, in‑process samples, finished goods, stability studies, and validation samples. The techniques available in the QC lab are XRD, FTIR, SEM, titration, ICP-MS, SEM, Particle Size Distribution by laser diffraction and sieving, and S-BET. Depending on your level (Junior/Medior), you will perform the following tasks with increasing autonomy:
Receiving, logging, sampling, and storing materials
Performing chemical and physical analyses
Operating analytical instruments and preparing reagents
Recording and reviewing data according to ALCOA+
Supporting OOS/OOT investigations
Executing calibration checks and maintaining lab equipment
Assisting with method validation, method transfers, and stability studies
Maintaining inspection‑ready documentation and supporting audits
Contributing to continuous improvement and CAPA activities

Your Profile:
Junior QC Officer
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field
or MSc in Chemistry (no experience required)
Basic knowledge or strong willingness to learn GMP/GLP
Accurate, analytical, and eager to grow in laboratory skills
Medior QC Officer
Bachelor’s degree + ≥3 years’ experience in analytical chemistry or QC
or MSc + ≥1 year experience in analytical chemistry or QC
Solid understanding of GMP requirements
Confident with laboratory instrumentation and routine testing
Strong analytical and documentation skills
