QC Officer
We are looking for an energetic QC Officer who can take ownership of analyses, equipment and reports in a GMP lab in the field of Medical Devices.

As a QC Officer, you are responsible for performing analyses and report in a timely and compliant manner. The analyses are performed on incoming goods, in process materials and final products for production process. You will also have the responsibility to develop methods to bring new state-of-the-art equipment and participate to the expansion of the lab.
Main responsibilities:
Perform instrumental analyses and accurately report according to procedure (GMP) and in a timely manner
Execute laboratory processes in compliance with internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WI), protocols and applicable standards
Perform data review and result trending;
Review incoming goods for release
Immediately report deviations regarding SOPs, WIs, GDP, equipment, materials and products
Support laboratory investigations for known lab errors and OOS results
Maintain adequate lab cleanliness, inventories for tasks (i.e. reagents, glassware, standards etc), and inventory of current quality and safety documents
Ensure maintenance, calibration, validation and revalidation of equipment
Maintain current, complete, legible logbooks, notebooks and laboratory records
Supports developing of procedures and methods to check product, material, components and/or operational quality and improve same
Responsible for indicating continuous improvements in laboratory processes
Provide evidence of relevant trainings and experience, participate to required training and re-training sessions
Requirements
A Bachelor or Master degree in e.g. Chemistry or comparable level through academic background and between 0 to 5 years’ experience in analytical chemistry or quality control depending on the entry level (junior to senior);
Good knowledge of Dutch and English (verbal and written);
Basic knowledge of GMP
