Two days a week, you'll also help out at the front desk, welcoming visitors and supporting general office operations. In addition to customer service, you’ll take on key tasks in procurement, such as processing purchase orders, following up with suppliers, and keeping track of stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Officer at CAM Bioceramics plays a key role in supporting customers with product selection and information related to our calcium phosphate-based materials.

  • Managing the full order process—from entry to delivery—will be a key part of your responsibilities, in close coordination with production and logistics.

  • Expect to provide basic technical support and keep customer records accurate and up to date in HubSpot.

  • As the link between customers and our sales and R&D teams, you’ll help ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

  • Handle purchasing tasks, including creating and processing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

  • Support procurement planning by tracking supply needs, maintaining accurate records, and helping improve supplier performance and cost efficiency.

  • Two days a week, you’ll support our front-desk operations by welcoming clients, suppliers, and other visitors, and making sure all daily activities at the office run smoothly.

  • Part of your role will include preparing accurate documentation for regulatory compliance and following up after sales to support customer satisfaction.
