We are proud to introduce our HR team: Tamar de Geus, Head of HR and Mandy Bekooij, HR Officer

Tamar de Geus rejoined CAM in April 2023 as Head of Human Resources and is part of the Management Team. Tamar gained 19 years of experience holding different
HR positions in various fields, as well as working for CAM from August 2018 until April 2022.

Tamar about her comeback at CAM: “so happy that I have the opportunity to rejoin a company, which I am proud off to work for. The work is challenging, the team is professional and result driven and I have the ability to support the company to grow towards the future.”

Mandy joined CAM in December 2022 as HR Officer. In 2018, Mandy started her HR career in the IT sector. She then moved on to the flower sector and business services. In December, she made the move to CAM to further develop herself.

Mandy: ”I am pleased to have made the decision to join CAM. Not only do I face professional challenges every day, but I also work alongside enthusiastic and dedicated colleagues, it’s encouraging to see that everyone is engaged in what goes on within the organization.”
